  • To act as the local expert, continuously identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • A natural relationship-builder with 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in hospitality, leisure, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A skilled negotiator who can influence, build trust, and close mutually beneficial deals.
  • Comfortable managing diverse personalities and navigating complex conversations.
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Energetic, collaborative, and excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing partnerships and understanding business priorities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
