
Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Job Purpose:
To establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Oman, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales revenue and growth through effective marketing and business development strategies.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
- Preferably graduated from a reputable university
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales or marketing experience
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential new business opportunities, manage major accounts, and negotiate deals to meet growth objectives.
- Assist in creating local/regional marketing and business development strategies and sales plans to grow a profitable business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Oman through regular meetings and engagement.
- Maintain and update client and market databases for effective analysis and provide feedback to Senior Management.
- Contribute to the financial forecasting by managing projects in Oman.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to secure new business and generate revenue.
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to adapt sales approaches as needed.
- Participate in planning customer events, advertising, marketing, and PR to increase brand exposure in Oman.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations.
