Dubizzle Oman is now seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to spearhead client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. As the Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a robust sales pipeline to meet target achievement
- Ensuring timely payment collections from clients
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Managing client accounts, including tracking utilization and account health
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of managing key client accounts and meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
