Cleaning Services Manager

About the Role:

The Cleaning Services Manager is responsible for maintaining a clean and well-stocked environment, ensuring cleanliness in guest rooms, floors, and hallways. They ensure that all guestroom standards regarding setup and cleanliness are consistently maintained at a high level, following policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Quality Assurance towards industry standards.
  • Allocate and coordinate teams in early and late shifts.
  • Ensure smooth operations and impeccable guest rooms with attention to detail.
  • Inspect guest rooms and suites.
  • Provide regular training to the team.
  • Manage cleanliness of storage areas.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
  • Review processes and suggest improvements.
  • Supervise laundry and pressing services.
  • Complete relevant administrative tasks.
  • Participate in projects and special assignments.
  • Conduct team briefings and meetings.
  • Manage flower ordering and purchasing requests.
  • Delight guests and colleagues.
  • Manage lost and found items.
