The Restaurant Manager position is a pivotal role within the hotel's all-day dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Train, lead, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
  • Plan and manage staffing schedules based on business levels and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to guarantee timely food delivery.
  • Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation of the restaurant in line with brand standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
  • Implement and enforce health & safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement.
  • Assist in budgeting and achieving departmental financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent guest service orientation.
  • Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and HACCP regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing daily restaurant operations. They should be able to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction ratings. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is essential, as well as relevant work experience in a similar role.
