Public Space Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Space Manager to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all public areas within our property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily cleaning operations, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and back-of-house areas.
  • Assign duties and inspect work to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance or cleanliness issues and take corrective action.
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards through proper use of equipment and supplies.
  • Train team members on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or hospitality certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or custodial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks.
