
Excellent Customer Experience Manager

The Guest Experience Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest interactions and consistently high standards of service delivery. This individual will oversee daily guest interactions, supervise the Guest Services/Front Office team, and act as a key point of contact for guests.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular service audits, lobby presence, and guest engagement activities. Additionally, this supervisor will support and train staff on service protocols, upselling techniques, complaint handling, and guest personalization.
In collaboration with various departments, the Guest Experience Supervisor will work to ensure seamless guest experiences. This includes tracking and analyzing guest feedback from surveys and review platforms, and initiating corrective actions where necessary.
