
Oman Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing post-sale relationships with real estate developers in Oman. This is not a sales role; instead, you will ensure marketing campaigns—covering performance, branding, and social media—are delivered effectively, KPIs are met, and monthly performance reports are shared with developers. Your success will be measured by developer satisfaction and strong renewal and retention rates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate developer clients after the sales deal is closed
- Coordinate with internal teams—including performance marketing, branding, social media, content, and design—to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Track and monitor campaign KPIs such as leads, impressions, and engagement, ensuring timely delivery of all campaign elements
- Prepare and present monthly account management reports to developer clients, highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers by providing proactive support and clear communication
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction to drive strong renewal and retention rates
- Collect feedback from developers and work closely with internal teams to enhance campaign delivery and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, client servicing, or campaign delivery, preferably within real estate, media, or digital marketing sectors
- Solid understanding of digital performance marketing, social media, and branding campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms and their moderation tools
- Knowledge of online community standards, local cultural norms, and digital communication etiquette
- Understanding of content strategy, brand tone, and the importance of user experience in social media
- Strong project management and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English
- Strong attention to detail, especially in tone and spelling, while responding to users
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- Good organisational and basic admin skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Calm, empathetic, and patient when dealing with difficult users or sensitive topics
