Villa Attendant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Villa Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and comfort in our villas.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor daily arrivals and departures, coordinating with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure seamless service.
  2. Provide exceptional support to guests with special needs and requirements.
  3. Restock supply trolleys with essential room supplies for each shift.
  4. Replace stationery, guest supplies, and other items as needed.
  5. Remove furniture and fixtures requiring repair or maintenance.
  6. Change bed linen according to resort policy.
  7. Maintain the overall appearance and style of all areas.
  8. Use and maintain equipment responsibly.
  9. Offer turn-down service, re-stocking the minibar as required.
Requirements
  1. A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar luxury hotel role.
  2. Technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems.
  3. A good understanding of scheduling, cleaning procedures, chemicals, and surfaces.
  4. An excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to work in a remote location.
