Key Responsibilities

  5. Drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and foster long-term brand loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise in automation, database management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong skills in conflict resolution, leading change, fostering development, and inspiring teams.
