
Hotel Guest Experience Manager

In this role as Hotel Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our hotel guests. This includes addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring they have an enjoyable stay. Your goal will be to create a positive impression of our hotel and encourage guests to return in the future.
Key Responsibilities:- Review arrival lists to welcome guests and provide a warm welcome
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their questions promptly
- Prepare welcome folders with relevant information (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions)
- Provide detailed information about our amenities, services, and local attractions
- Anticipate guest needs and build strong relationships with our customers
- Offer assistance with tasks such as confirming travel arrangements and taking messages
- Address customer complaints and escalate to the Assistant Front Office Manager when necessary
- Record important information in the logbook daily
- Maintain compliance with health and quality standards at all times
- Proven experience in guest relations or a related field
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- A customer-centric and professional attitude at all times
- An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required
