About this role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team in Muscat Bay. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with key accounts.

  • Execute the annual commercial plan within the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring effective execution and achievement of targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement account development plans to maximize revenue in the short and long term, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
  • Manage customer relationships and sales strategy within designated Tier 1 markets, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Pursue trade shows, client events, and sales trips to expand network and generate leads, staying up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity.
About you

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution. They will also have 8-10 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality industry or a recognized blue-chip organization.

  • Demonstrated expertise in software competencies, including Microsoft Office programs (Advanced).
  • Aptitude for analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
