Genesis hightech is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Secretary & Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote role, and the candidate must be an Omani national.
About the OpportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and professional individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities- Answering phone calls and handling client inquiries in a polite, well-mannered, and professional manner.
- Coordinating with clients over the phone and email, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Performing administrative tasks as assigned, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Female, aged 20-30 years.
- Omani nationality (Must be a citizen of Oman).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- POLITE, WELL-MANNERED, AND PROFESSIONAL in dealing with clients.
- Ability to handle administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
