Job Description:

As a key member of our Government Banking team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with Ministries, Quasi-Government Institutions, and Pension Funds. Your primary objective will be to assist the Head of Government Banking in managing these accounts, while also exploring new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Government Banking in developing strategic plans to build strong banking relationships with Ministries, Quasi-Government Institutions, and Pension Funds.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts for these clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  • Identify and explore potential new business opportunities, including mobilizing low-cost deposits, acquiring new client accounts, and achieving allocated targets.
  • Liaise with branch managers to ensure seamless management of all government-related accounts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience in banking, preferably in a similar role.
  • Diploma Certificate with a minimum of 8 years of banking experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Omani Nationality.
  • Fluent Arabic and English language skills.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
