A sales leader is sought to drive business growth and profitability for a leading office services company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead handling, with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Maximise revenue by up-selling variable services to existing customers and securing new leads through partnerships and brokers.
Business Operations:
  • Maintain centre profitability and performance through effective P&L management.
  • Drive revenue growth by consistently maximising all service revenue streams.
Customer Focus:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and meet satisfaction metrics by maintaining and developing existing customer relationships.
  • Ensure the centre team provides high-quality customer service, meeting client needs efficiently.
Leadership:
  • Lead a centre team, responsible for recruitment, induction, training, motivation, and development.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to generate new business leads and manage accounts effectively.
  • Experience in team leadership, with a track record of delivering high performance.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including prioritisation, multitasking, and minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Remuneration:

OMR 1,500 - 1,800 per month, plus quarterly bonus
