This is a challenging and exciting role for a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for generating revenue through new business development and managing existing client relationships.
Sales Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sales strategies and implement effective solutions.
- A proven track record of sales success in a similar industry or sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- A self-motivated and results-driven individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
