Food Service Leader

The Food Service Leader is accountable for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and experiences by driving team performance, enforcing quality standards, and effectively interacting with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee day-to-day food service operations in all outlets to meet high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the food service team to provide exceptional guest service that aligns with brand expectations.
  • Establish open communication channels with Arabic-speaking guests, addressing their needs, and providing a positive experience.
  • Manage guest feedback and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain trust and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of performance metrics and operational data to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2–3 years of supervisory or assistant managerial experience within the food service industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to drive results and build effective teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service, manage multiple priorities, and foster a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, hospitality operations, and best practices to ensure seamless execution.
