Achieving staffing excellence requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition. As an integral part of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and ensuring the effective execution of the internal recruitment process within defined cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain relationships with strategic recruitment sources to ensure timely and effective recruitment of top talent.
  • SOURCE DIVERSITY: Utilize various channels such as direct advertising, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and online platforms to source suitable candidates.
  • CAREER FAIRS PARTICIPATION: Represent our organization at career fairs to showcase our brand and attract potential candidates.
  • INTERNAL SEARCH COORDINATION: Coordinate the internal search process for candidates from within our organization for relevant job openings.
  • CANDIDATE SCREENING AND SHORTLISTING: Oversee the screening and shortlisting of prospective candidates, forwarding their profiles to respective business units for review and scheduling of interviews.
  • DATA MANAGEMENT: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System and other software to provide accurate data and reporting capabilities.
  • Talent Database Maintenance: Contribute towards maintaining a database of applicants from which candidates may be sourced currently or when opportunities become available.
  • Candidate Verification: Ensure the verification process that education and experience represented by the candidate is factual by checking awarding institutions and prior employers.
  • RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS: Determine recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • ATTRACTION AND QUALIFICATION: Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, and job sites. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION: Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • PERFORMANCE TARGETS: Achieve defined targets for hiring of different job families.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HUMAN RESOURCES PRINCIPLES: Possess thorough knowledge of Human Resource principles and tools.
  • ERP SYSTEMS: Working knowledge of Oracle, HRMS, and other ERP systems.
  • PREFERRED SKILLS: Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, Judgment.

Education / Certifications:

  • DEGREE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant subject.

Experience:

  • EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES DOMAIN: A minimum of 4 - 5 years' experience within the Human Resources domain.
