Leading Retail Operations Assistant

This dynamic role is focused on supporting the effective operation of our stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing sales. As a key member of the store team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to maintain smooth operations and provide valuable feedback to senior managers.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving objectives and driving business results. Your expertise in managing staff, resources, and store operations will be essential in delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to the company's continued success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and business objectives
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless store operations
  • Providing feedback to senior managers on staff performance and product knowledge
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' retail experience, preferably at supervisory level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • PC literacy and basic numerical skills
