Job Description:

The Department Head at Alila Hinu Bay will oversee the Information Systems department, ensuring the efficient operation of all IS systems and hardware. This role involves coordinating with hotel management to minimize overhead expenses and maximize productivity in all areas.

Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance to authorized users, troubleshooting software faults, and implementing procedures to ensure data backup and security. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be knowledgeable in statutory legislation, and possess strong communication skills.

In addition to these duties, the Department Head will work closely with Sales and Marketing and Operational Departments to set up and maintain clean databases for management purposes. They will also assist with employee recruitment, selection, and training, as well as conducting performance development discussions and supporting employees in their professional development goals.
