About the Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate sales efforts, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Internal Coordination & Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely completion of tasks and provide essential administrative support.
- Appointment Scheduling & Follow-Up: Coordinate and schedule appointments with high-profile clients, confirming meetings and managing follow-ups.
- Client Communication & Inbound Lead Management: Manage inbound communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses to every lead.
- Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing sales decks, primarily using established templates with occasional customizations for specific clients.
- CRM Proficiency: Manage and move deals through the CRM system.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain organization to manage multiple tasks, ensure timely follow-ups, and keep detailed records of interactions.

- Effective Lead Management: Efficient tracking and management of leads through the CRM system.
- Seamless Appointment Scheduling: Timely booking of appointments, contributing to a steady pipeline of meetings for the sales team.
