Driving Business Development and Growth

  1. Cultivate strong relationships with catering merchants to facilitate cooperation and drive business expansion.
  2. Partner with restaurants to establish and optimize their online presence, providing expert guidance on digital delivery operations.
  3. Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in partnership with merchants, leveraging professional solutions to elevate their delivery businesses.
  4. Nurture long-term relationships with partner restaurants through regular site visits, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • English language proficiency is required with excellent reading and writing skills, along with proficiency in using working software.
  • The ability to demonstrate strong business negotiation skills and some market development expertise, along with good insight into customers/users and promoting business cooperation.
  • Achieve integrity and honesty, possess excellent communication skills, execution capabilities, collaboration skills, and teamwork.
  • Possess entrepreneurial spirit, courage to accept challenges, resilience and altruism.
  • On-site negotiations are conducted mainly for daily work arrangements requiring on-site negotiations and provision of services with cooperating merchants.

Requirements:

  1. Rich experience in sales and merchant services who have worked as AM and BD in e-commerce or delivery platforms are preferred.
