
Luxury Revenue Optimization Leader

Job Description:
The Luxury Revenue Optimization Leader will be responsible for maximizing the total hotel revenue and profitability for Alila Jabal Akhdar and Alila Hinu Bay. This role involves both strategic oversight and tactical management of revenue operations across all revenue streams, ensuring the achievement of revenue potential across all market segments.
- Develop Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to optimize total hotel revenue at both properties.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to determine optimal rates, segmentation, and sales strategies.
- Pricing Strategies: Apply dynamic pricing, forecast adjustments, and rate recommendations to meet revenue targets.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Prepare Forecasts: Prepare accurate short-term and long-term forecasts to guide leadership in decision-making.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor and report on KPIs like RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total hotel revenue.
- Action Plans: Provide regular revenue reports with insights and action plans to improve performance.
About the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of revenue management experience, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven success in managing total hotel revenue for multiple properties.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and market trends in Oman.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and property management systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
