About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in restaurant management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a high level of integrity. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure efficiency, and quality service. Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize restaurant performance.
- Financial & Business Performance: Develop and manage financial forecasts, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Customer Experience & Brand Management: Maintain high standards of customer service, ensure a consistent brand experience, and address customer feedback.
- Team Leadership & Human Resources: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, motivate teams, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable contracts, and ensure a consistent supply of ingredients and materials.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in restaurant or food business management.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Italian coffee culture and Indian cuisine operations.
- Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control expertise.
- Customer Focus: Ability to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of handling operational challenges efficiently.
- Tech-savvy: Experience with restaurant management software and CRM systems.
