Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Excellence Coordinator to join our team at Al Naba.
- This role requires a strong leader who can oversee the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including supervising and coordinating their efforts to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for training new employees on cleaning techniques and procedures, as well as conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- An essential aspect of this role is addressing guest complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- You will manage inventory, order supplies as needed, and create work schedules for housekeeping staff.
- Performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees are also critical components of this role.
- The Service Excellence Coordinator will work closely with other departments to coordinate guest requests and special projects, while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices is essential for improving service excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- At least 02 years of GCC/Gulf experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Age should be less than 40 years.
