Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling special requests, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Responsibilities
* Maintain a clean and presentable uniform, demonstrating professional appearance and hygiene standards.
* Complete mise en place shift to shift and during service for efficient service delivery.
* Have full knowledge of the menu and wine list to respond to guest requests satisfactorily.
* Greet guests and establish rapport to ensure satisfaction.
* Keep the restaurant clean and in appropriate order at all times.
* Assist and prepare all VIP amenities in compliance with our Legendary Quality Standards.
* Perform service steps to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with our Legendary Quality Standards.
* Present all dishes according to hotel standards and food & beverage specifications.
* Deliver service in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner according to hotel standards and guest requirements.
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with luxury hospitality industry
* High school diploma or equivalent required
