Operations Manager (Recruitment)

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day activities of our branch in Oman. This role entails effective management and supervision of various tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage critical communication and coordination with clients and relevant Omani authorities
  • Make key decisions on human resource matters, including training, hiring, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify strategies to enhance economic and technical performance
Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth in Oman and North Africa
  • Establish relationships with engineering and oil & gas companies
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships to drive business expansion
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at a senior level in oil & gas recruitment or manpower supply
  • Distinguished industry connections in Oman and North Africa
  • A proven track record of acquiring new clients and interacting with executive-level professionals
  • Recognised academic qualifications (University Degree)
