Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high standards of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of branch managers to ensure seamless daily operations
- Streamlining procedures to improve productivity and profitability
- Maintenance of brand standards across all locations
- Driving growth through operational excellence and innovative strategies
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Financial Management:- Development and management of financials related to operations
- Approval and optimization of operational purchases
- Preparation of annual budgets for Operations, Marketing, and Administration expenses
- Analysis and management of financial results to ensure maximum profits
In addition to financial expertise, the successful candidate will be able to attract new business opportunities, design menu engineering, and select suitable promotions to drive sales.
Guest Service and Quality Control:- Management of day-to-day operations to ensure quality and meeting customer expectations
- Ensuring staff understand brand service culture
- Providing services that exceed customer satisfaction and retention
- Improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs
The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for serving people, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of business acumen and common sense.
Skills and Qualifications:- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management with ample experience in managing multiple locations standalone restaurants
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, organizing, and planning skills
- Ability to accept responsibility, delegate tasks, and prepare revenue and expenses budget
- In-depth knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry and ability to multitask
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, building a team, and motivating staff
