Job Description

The Fitness Supervisor role is a key position within our resort's operations, overseeing the daily management of the fitness center to ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for guests and members.

This involves supervising fitness activities, providing personal training, maintaining equipment, and supporting wellness programs in line with our brand and guest experience standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining a high level of service quality.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.

In addition to a passion for fitness, the successful candidate will possess a solid knowledge of exercise techniques, program development, and customer service principles.
