We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to spearhead our business expansion efforts.

Job Description:

  • Spearhead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS, PARTNERS, AND GOVERNMENT ENTITIES IN OMAN AND THE MIDDLE EAST.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and client base in target sectors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Drive revenue growth aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution delivery.
  • LEAD CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS AND ENSURE HIGH SATISFACTION LEVELS.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and exhibitions.
  • Prepare reports on pipeline, performance, and market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Omani national or willingness to relocate to Muscat.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in Energy, Technology, and Manpower sectors.
  • Strong network within Oman and the Middle East.
  • Prior experience in onsite business development roles in the MEA region.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, PRESENTATION, AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, web/mobile applications, and Manpower services.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
