Role Overview

Sukoon Insurance is seeking a Business Growth Professional to drive business development and sales growth in the region. The Business Growth Professional will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing sales strategies, and achieving personal sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales strategies, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a competitive environment that involves external meetings and client interactions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Meet sales targets as established, focusing on a specific range of products/services within identified geography.
  • Develop and maintain strong awareness of the local market and create a database for prospective clients.
  • Reports daily on activities through the CRM system.
  • Under supervision, account planning including visitations and need analysis for prospective clients.

  • 2 years experience in a similar role in the insurance industry
