Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with company policies and procedures.

About The Job:
  • You will be responsible for supervising staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • You will identify training needs and propose plans to develop staff skills and knowledge.
  • You will plan and conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff meet performance expectations.
  • You will attend daily briefings and communicate effectively with team members to address guest inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • You will contribute to promotional activities and events to attract new customers and drive sales.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
