Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced talent acquisition and management manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing annual manpower budgeting and recruitment planning.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment timelines with departments, ensuring low-cost recruitment strategies, and managing candidate interviews, selection, and offer processes.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and people skills, with the ability to execute routine administrative tasks associated with the role of an HR Specialist. They will also possess strong multitasking and analytical skills, with a focus on quality and process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage annual manpower budgeting and recruitment planning
  • Coordinate recruitment timelines with departments
  • Ensure low-cost recruitment strategies
  • Manage candidate interviews, selection, and offer processes
  • Execute routine administrative tasks associated with the role of an HR Specialist
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a specialized role
  • Excellent knowledge of Arabic and English
  • HR Professional Qualification/CIPD Level 3
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word
