Administrative Support Specialist

The Executive Secretary to CEO will be responsible for managing the CEO's office, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing presentations. They will also monitor the CEO's phone calls, attend incoming and outgoing faxes, and maintain a copy of all indents received from marketing segments.

Scope and Objective:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and self-correspondence.
  • Monitor the CEO's phone calls and prepare month-end review meeting reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
