Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for document control services, maintain documentation files, and upload documents to electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support for document control services.
  • Maintaining files of drawings, project reports, specifications, instructions, submittals, and other documentation.
  • Uploading documents to electronic systems for storage and tracking.
  • Preparing process and status reports, as well as monitoring document numbers.
  • Assisting staff at all levels with day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Setting up and running the drawing register and folder.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Efficient administration skills, including experience with Aconex.
  • Good understanding of document management processes.
