We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Secretary & Coordinator to join our team at Genesis hightech. This is a remote role, and the candidate must be an Omani national.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle administrative and coordination tasks efficiently. They will be responsible for answering phone calls and handling client inquiries, coordinating with clients over the phone and email, and performing administrative tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Answering phone calls and handling client inquiries in a polite, well-mannered, and professional manner.
- Coordinating with clients over the phone and email, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Performing administrative tasks as assigned, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Female, aged 20-30 years.
- Omani nationality (Must be a citizen of Oman).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- POLITE, WELL-MANNERED, AND PROFESSIONAL in dealing with clients.
- Ability to handle administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
