Job Details:
Sohar is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Coordinator to support our Vice President. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, plan and coordinate sustainability initiatives, and manage financial records.

Main Responsibilities:
The Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Providing administrative support to the Vice President, including scheduling, reporting, and meeting coordination
  • Maintaining and organizing documentation, including project records and contracts
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
The successful candidate will also assist in planning and coordinating sustainability initiatives, develop and monitor operational plans, and prepare financial summaries and reports.

Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accounting or administration, with fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years of experience in coordination being preferred. Strong discipline in managing office tasks, good computing skills, and ability to work in MS Office programs are essential. The candidate should also have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
