Job Responsibilities

The Assistant Document Controller will be responsible for:

  • Administering document control services.
  • Maintaining documentation files.
  • Uploading documents to electronic systems.
  • Preparing reports and monitoring document numbers.
  • Providing administrative support to staff.
  • Setting up and managing the drawing register and folder.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent administration skills, including experience with Aconex.
  • A solid understanding of document management processes.
