Job Responsibilities
The Assistant Document Controller will be responsible for:
- Administering document control services.
- Maintaining documentation files.
- Uploading documents to electronic systems.
- Preparing reports and monitoring document numbers.
- Providing administrative support to staff.
- Setting up and managing the drawing register and folder.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent administration skills, including experience with Aconex.
- A solid understanding of document management processes.
