
Channel Business Growth Manager

The Channel Program Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing best-in-class channel programs, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives to drive performance and company growth.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement successful channel programs, ensuring flawless execution according to set program guidelines and plans.
- Roll out and execute program changes due to new product introductions (NPI) and/or program refresh, including Apple programs, Apple Premium Reseller (APR), Apple Shop (AS), and White and Monobrand Resellers.
- Drive world-class merchandising deployment in consumer electronic retail, manage POS performance, and execute demand generation in close cooperation with retail partners.
- Manage joint market offering plans and quarterly marketing development and promotional efforts.
- Drive channel performance through best-in-class marketing campaigns, including events, awareness activities, traffic generation, and new store openings.
- Lead and coach the team, cultivating empowerment and ownership.
- Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plans.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
