Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for enabling various strategic projects and conducting studies aimed at improving the overall performance of the bank as well as enhancing the customers' experience.

  1. Monitor or lead specific projects in various areas of the Bank to drive growth and innovation.
  2. Collaborate with top management to formulate and execute strategies, implement process improvements, and communicate strategy updates to all stakeholders.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams within the bank to achieve long-term goals and initiatives within designated timeframes, allocated resources, and budgets.
  4. Support the implementation of strategic plans, facilitating review meetings with business teams and producing relevant reports and documentation.
  5. Identify and communicate impediments to strategy implementation, proposing options to resolve such issues.
  6. Manage special studies, market research, and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  7. Contribute to various initiatives and activities within Strategy & Planning as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Engineering from a recognized university.
  2. A minimum of 3 years' experience, including at least 1 year in a business planning function.
  3. Oman National preferred.
  4. Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills to interact with all levels in the organization.
  5. Sound knowledge of commercial/business awareness and self-motivation.
