
Strategic Growth Manager

This key position plays a crucial role in identifying and pursuing high-potential projects within the construction and mechanical sectors. The primary objective is to ensure prequalification for tender bids and secure consensus to bid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to present our capabilities and services.
- Obtain prequalification requirements for bidding and guarantee company compliance.
- Conduct market research to formulate effective marketing strategies, drive business growth, and enhance competitiveness.
- Lead Marketing Engineers in preparing inquiry synopses, allocating bid numbers, and obtaining feedback to support management decisions on bids.
- Collaborate with authorities to compile technical and commercial specifications and develop bid strategies that meet project requirements.
- Promote strong relationships with clients and authorities by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct market studies and analyses to inform management decisions related to business expansion.
- Oversee departmental objectives, including setting individual goals, managing performance, and developing staff.
- Recommend policy improvements and oversee their implementation to ensure compliance with procedural and legislative requirements while delivering quality services.
- Maintain a safe working environment, manage risks, reduce hazardous liabilities, and implement QHSE policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or MBA in Marketing.
- Minimum Experience:
8 to 12 years of experience mainly in sales and marketing within the Oil & Gas and engineering industries.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates based in Oman with relevant experience in the oil and gas and engineering sectors, and a strong understanding of the Omani market dynamics.
