We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in driving growth and expansion of our client base.

  • Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our mid-market clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their business needs. This includes but is not limited to trade finance, treasury operations, and investment banking services.

In addition to relationship management, the Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and negotiating deals.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mid-market banking, with a strong understanding of credit risk assessment, credit proposal preparation, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and negotiate proposals
  • Assess credit risk and prepare credit proposals
  • Manage client portfolios and ensure timely payment of transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in mid-market banking
  • Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, credit proposal preparation, and portfolio management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
