About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the identification, development, and coordination of business opportunities that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, potential partners, and commercial risks.
  • Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and reports to aid decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development objectives and communication flow.
  • Coordinate relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hotel operators, investors, and service providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of business development principles and project cycles.
  • Fundamentals of market research and data analysis.
  • Attention to detail in reports and proposals.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills for risk and opportunity assessment.
