IT Systems Monitoring and Analysis Specialist

This is a role for an experienced professional who will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing IT systems to identify and resolve incidents.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring the 24/7 operation of monitoring tools.
- Monitoring critical systems, managing service requests, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Coordinating system inspections, emergency repairs, and maintenance activities to achieve high uptime.
- Performing incident reporting, analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Managing notifications, escalations, and incident documentation.
- Leading crisis calls and managing war-room activities.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience as an Incident or Problem Manager.
- Experience with performance monitoring and observability tools like Dynatrace, Riverbed NPM, SolarWinds, Grafana.
- Knowledge of IT best practices, system design, SDLC, and current IT trends.
- SRE certification is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
