  • They will conduct regular inspections to ensure consistency with hotel standards and coordinate room status updates with the front office and maintenance teams.">
  • Apart from leading the housekeeping team, the incumbent will also be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, and maintaining proper documentation.">
  • Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment is essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills.">
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is also required.">
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.">
