About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

  • This individual will be responsible for finding catering merchants willing to cooperate with us, and reaching cooperation agreements.

The successful candidate will also assist partner restaurants in setting up their online stores on our platform, and provide training on how to manage their online delivery business.

Additionally, this role involves collaborating with partner merchants to plan online marketing campaigns, and offering professional solutions for delivery operations to aid our partner restaurants in enhancing their delivery business.

An essential aspect of this job is conducting regular visits to maintain customer relationships with partner restaurants, and working closely with various departments to address and resolve daily queries from these partner restaurants.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong business negotiation ability and certain market development ability, insight into customer/user and promote business cooperation.
  • Excellent communication skills, execution, collaboration, and team spirit.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit, courage to accept challenges, resilience, and altruism.
  • Daily work arrangement involving mainly field work, requiring on-site negotiations and service provision with cooperating merchants.
Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we prefer candidates with rich experience in sales and merchant service, particularly those who have worked as AM and BD in e-commerce or delivery platforms. Fluency in both English and Arabic in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is also highly desirable.
