Business Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our software sales efforts, focusing on ERP, SIS, and Process Automation solutions. This role demands strategic thinking, industry expertise, and a strong network of contacts within the technology sector.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations, leveraging industry insights and relationship-building skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, technological advancements, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine sales processes, products, and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills, address performance gaps, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Evaluate and adapt sales performance metrics, optimizing results and driving continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on leadership, strategy, and technical acumen.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software sales leadership, preferably within the ERP, SIS, and Process Automation industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results, exceeding revenue targets, and driving business growth through innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing sales teams.
