Drive Sales Growth and Channel Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process to ensure seamless integration into our partner ecosystem
  • Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Dealing with different sub-dealers to understand their needs, resolve commercial and technical issues, and provide tailored support
  • Coordinating with partners to create and execute business plans that meet sales goals and stay ahead of market trends
  • Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to provide training, advice, and support
  • Regularly meeting with counterparts from partner organizations to discuss progress, address concerns, and explore new opportunities
  • Monthly reporting on sales KPIs within channel partners to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets set by the Sales Director/Country Manager while addressing customer service issues as raised by the channel partner
  • Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners to expand our network and drive growth
  • Additional responsibilities and projects assigned by the Line Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales-driven position in IT/Technology/Electronics/CCTV industry, preferably with familiarity with the channel market
  • Fresh graduates with high grades are also welcome to apply, provided they have a solid network within the local channel network
  • Strong sales skills, ability to listen, and tailor presentations to meet customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Persistent and proactive approach to achieving sales targets
  • Responsible and able to drive business independently, motivating supporting teams and driving sales in a time-sensitive environment
  • Able to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a valid driver's license
