Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Document Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance & Inspection team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of technical data and documentation within our CMIMS and Electronic Document Management System.

This role is critical in maintaining the digital integrity of maintenance records, spare parts tracking, and technical documentation throughout both project and operational phases of our facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of CMIMS systems, document control, and asset management.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical data and documentation within CMIMS and Electronic Document Management System.
  • Collaborate with engineering, EPCC, procurement, and vendor teams to ensure completeness and traceability of documentation packages.
  • Support the development of MIE deliverables within own field of expertise.
  • Maintain and update CMIMS records based on feedback from maintenance execution and engineering changes.
  • Ensure proper archiving, retrieval, and version control of maintenance documentation in DCC system.

Requirements:

  • Tech diploma or Associate Degree in computer science or Industrial Maintenance, or comparable qualification.
  • 5+ years experience in technical documentation support role and working with SAP, CMIMS platforms, and maintenance systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required), Arabic is a plus.
