We are seeking a Food Service Operations Manager to join our hospitality team.

This role involves supervising the daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining outlets to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field and at least 2-3 years of experience in food & beverage service with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily F&B operations to deliver high standards of service and meet customer expectations.
  • Lead, train, and support service staff during shifts, ensuring they adhere to hotel standards and procedures.
  • Monitor service flow, table setup, cleanliness, and presentation in all assigned F&B areas.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless food and beverage delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
